Infrastructure Manager

Job Summary

Leading a geographically distributed team, the full-time Infrastructure Manager will oversee the delivery of secure and scalable infrastructure services while managing operational excellence and driving IT transformation initiatives in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a geographically distributed Infrastructure team across the UK, India, and APAC
• Drive operational excellence across Azure, hybrid infrastructure, networking, and automation services
• Manage critical infrastructure incident response and support cloud transformation and infrastructure modernisation programmes

Required qualifications

• Significant experience leading Infrastructure, Cloud, or IT Operations teams in enterprise environments
• Proven success managing geographically distributed teams and project delivery
• Strong experience in resource, capacity, risk, and dependency management
• Working knowledge of Azure and hybrid infrastructure, including automation and service management
• Relevant cloud, infrastructure, management, or project delivery certifications are desirable
