Infrastructure Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and hands-on Infrastructure Manager, the fully remote position will lead the infrastructure team in delivering robust, secure, and scalable private cloud services while overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of core infrastructure systems.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of infrastructure engineers, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
• Manage the execution of infrastructure projects aligned with business goals and technology roadmap
• Collaborate with Information Security teams to ensure infrastructure designs meet security and compliance standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 7+ years of experience in datacenter infrastructure roles, with 2+ years in a leadership or managerial capacity
• Proven track record managing infrastructure in a multi-datacenter environment
• Strong technical background in networking, virtualization, and automation tools
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
