Job Summary
Focusing on infrastructure reliability, the remote Infrastructure Operations Engineer will monitor system health, investigate alerts, coordinate incident resolution, and enhance operational processes across Linux systems and compute clusters.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor the availability, performance, and capacity of infrastructure, investigating alerts and anomalies
- Triage incidents by assessing severity, gathering diagnostic information, and escalating issues to engineering teams
- Develop and maintain operational runbooks for troubleshooting, incident response, and routine maintenance
Required qualifications
- Experience in SRE, infrastructure operations, or a related technical operations role
- Proficiency with Linux systems and server infrastructure, including strong troubleshooting skills
- Familiarity with monitoring tools, alerting systems, and health metrics
- Experience maintaining technical documentation and operational procedures
- Ability to collaborate effectively and take ownership of issues through resolution
