Infrastructure Security Engineering Lead

Job Summary

Leading a team of engineers, the full-time Head of Infrastructure Security Engineering will build and implement security controls for EDA clusters across on-prem and multi-cloud environments, ensuring performance-sensitive workloads are protected without degradation.

Key responsibilities

• Build and lead a team, directing the technical roadmap for EDA-specific security controls
• Engineer security solutions that accommodate hard constraints and ensure uniform enforcement across environments
• Automate security evidence and continuously monitor security posture through KPIs and audit workflows

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in production infrastructure with at least 5 years in leadership roles
• Deep networking expertise in large compute environments
• Hands-on experience operating compute fleets at scale
• Understanding of hyperscaler methodologies for large-scale systems
• Experience securing performance-sensitive environments with engineered solutions
