Infrastructure Services Analyst

Job Summary

Providing technical support in infrastructure services, the full-time Analyst I Infrastructure Services will assist in troubleshooting issues, contribute to infrastructure projects, and support documentation efforts while working collaboratively with the team.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to technical issues and assist in monitoring and troubleshooting infrastructure systems
• Contribute to infrastructure projects and tasks under supervision, ensuring best practices are followed
• Support the development of infrastructure documentation, including incident logs and records

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Typically 2+ years of relevant work experience in infrastructure technology analysis
• Proven experience in data analysis and problem-solving
• Continuous learner with knowledge of industry trends and technologies
• Relevant certifications, such as CompTIA Security+, Cisco CCENT, or AWS Certified Solutions Architect, are a plus
