Job Summary
Providing technical support in infrastructure services, the full-time Analyst I Infrastructure Services will assist with issue resolution, contribute to projects, and participate in monitoring and troubleshooting infrastructure systems.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to technical issues and assist in infrastructure tasks under supervision
- Participate in monitoring and basic troubleshooting of infrastructure systems
- Support the development of infrastructure documentation, including incident logs and records
Required qualifications
