Infrastructure Services Manager
Job Summary
Leading a team of infrastructure engineers, the full-time Manager, Infrastructure Services (Windows, VMware & Citrix) will oversee the delivery and operational management of enterprise infrastructure services, ensuring service excellence and operational stability in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the delivery and support of Windows, virtualization, and Citrix infrastructure services while ensuring adherence to SLAs and operational metrics
- Manage and mentor a team of engineers, establishing performance goals and fostering a culture of accountability and technical excellence
- Oversee infrastructure deployments, upgrades, and modernization programs, promoting automation and operational efficiency
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of experience supporting enterprise Windows infrastructure environments
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing technical infrastructure teams
- Strong experience with Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware vSphere, and Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
