Infrastructure Specialist
Job Summary
To support complex infrastructure environments, the full-time remote Infrastructure Specialist will analyze and solve technical issues, design and integrate infrastructure solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable system performance.
Key responsibilities
- Diagnose complex issues across servers, networks, and cloud environments, recommending solutions that align with customer priorities
- Plan and integrate end-to-end infrastructure solutions across hybrid cloud and on-prem environments, automating workflows to enhance efficiency
- Coordinate with Architects, Project Managers, and Technicians to drive project delivery from initiation to completion, ensuring quality and timelines are met
Required qualifications
- Hands-on experience in software development, DevOps engineering, systems administration, or systems architecture in public cloud AWS domain
- Deep expertise in infrastructure monitoring tools such as Zabbix and database administration (MySQL, MariaDB, Oracle)
- In-depth knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
- Experience in project development, deployment, and management
- Familiarity with enterprise IT applications and emerging technologies
