Balancing hands-on delivery with strategic planning, the full-time remote Infrastructure Specialist will analyze complex issues, design end-to-end infrastructure solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable system performance across various IT environments.
Key responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve complex issues across servers, networks, and cloud environments while recommending feasible solutions
- Plan and integrate infrastructure solutions across hybrid cloud and on-prem environments, automating workflows to enhance efficiency
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to drive project delivery, ensuring quality and timely communication of technical solutions to stakeholders
Required qualifications
- 6 years of expertise in technology domains such as software development, cloud computing, or networking
- Hands-on experience in software development, DevOps engineering, systems administration, or systems architecture, particularly in AWS
- In-depth knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
- Enterprise IT application experience
- Familiarity with various IT concepts, practices, and procedures
