Infrastructure Support Engineer
Job Summary
The hybrid Infrastructure Support Engineer will provide end-to-end support for enterprise infrastructure environments, focusing on networking, Citrix virtualization, and server administration across Windows, macOS, and Linux platforms while ensuring high availability of critical business services.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and maintain networking environments, including LAN, WAN, and VPN, while troubleshooting connectivity and performance issues
- Administer Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, managing user sessions and optimizing end-user experience
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments, supporting Active Directory and performing backup and recovery activities
Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years of enterprise infrastructure support experience
- Strong experience in networking, Citrix administration, and server management
- Experience with macOS and Linux administration
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and incident management
