Infrastructure Support Engineer
Job Summary
Providing end-to-end support for enterprise infrastructure environments, the full-time Infrastructure Support Engineer will manage networking, Citrix virtualization, server administration, and client support across Windows, macOS, and Linux platforms in a hybrid work model.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and maintain LAN, WAN, VPN, and SD-WAN environments, including troubleshooting network issues
- Administer and support Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, managing user sessions and application performance
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments, ensuring high availability and security compliance
Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years of enterprise infrastructure support experience
- Strong experience in networking, Citrix, server administration, and endpoint support
- Experience with Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 and Active Directory management
- Hands-on experience with macOS administration and MDM platforms like Jamf or Intune
- Familiarity with Linux platforms such as Red Hat, CentOS, and Ubuntu
