Infrastructure Support Engineer
Job Summary
Providing end-to-end support for enterprise infrastructure environments, the full-time Infrastructure Support Engineer will manage networking, Citrix virtualization, and server administration across Windows, macOS, and Linux platforms in a hybrid work model.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support LAN, WAN, VPN, and SD-WAN environments, including troubleshooting network connectivity and performance issues
- Manage Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, ensuring optimal user experience and system health through upgrades and troubleshooting
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments, supporting Active Directory, file services, and disaster recovery activities
Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years of enterprise infrastructure support experience
- Strong expertise in networking, Citrix administration, and server management
- Experience with Linux and macOS administration in enterprise environments
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Preferred certifications in Microsoft, Citrix, or Cisco technologies
