Infusion Collections Specialist
Job Summary
To support our Specialty Infusion Pharmacy, the full-time Infusion Collections Specialist will manage medical accounts receivable processes remotely, ensuring timely payment through proactive collection actions and customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Research and resolve outstanding balances on accounts receivable to maximize timely payments
- Make routine collection calls and document actions taken in the company software system
- Identify billing errors and escalate issues to management as needed while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
Required qualifications
- 2 years of home infusion collection experience is required
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of HCPC coding and medical terminology
- Experience with CPR+ system is strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook
