Infusion Reimbursement Specialist

Job Summary

To ensure timely and accurate claims processing, the full-time Infusion Reimbursement Specialist will work remotely, managing claim submissions, verifying benefits, and resolving denials in compliance with healthcare billing guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure receipt and validity of all documents needed for accurate billing and claims submission
• Conduct timely and accurate insurance claim submissions to various payors, including government and third-party entities
• Research claim denials and resolve associated accounts receivable issues promptly

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Deep knowledge and experience in billing and collecting major medical claims for home infusion and specialty pharmacy
• Two (2)+ years of directly related Infusion and DME experience preferred
• Experience using billing software such as Bright Tree, CPR+, CareTend, or WeInfuse
• General knowledge of HCPCS, NDC, CPT, and ICD-10 coding
