As the operational lead for product launches, the full-time remote Innovation Delivery Manager will manage cross-functional coordination, transform strategy into actionable plans, and drive commercialization efforts for AI-driven tools in the legal sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Transform launch strategy into detailed, executable plans, tracking work across all functions to ensure timely delivery
- Serve as the communication hub for innovation leadership, aligning priorities and decisions across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Operations
- Maintain a live overview of launch status and progress, facilitating weekly meetings and readiness reviews to drive momentum and accountability
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in program management, GTM execution, product commercialization, or operations
- Proven ability to build processes or launch frameworks from scratch and scale them across teams
- Strong skills in cross-functional stakeholder management, influencing senior leaders and peer teams
- Demonstrated effectiveness in ambiguous, fast-paced environments, making sound decisions with incomplete data
- Results-oriented with a track record of delivering outcomes on time and to quality, breaking down strategic goals into executable plans
