Innovation Implementation Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting operational programs and technology pilot initiatives, the full-time temporary Innovation Implementation Analyst will coordinate activities, maintain documentation, track performance metrics, and facilitate communication among cross-functional teams in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Support deployment, execution, and evaluation of operational and technology pilot programs
• Serve as liaison between field teams, vendors, leadership, and business stakeholders
• Track program performance metrics and maintain accurate records and reporting

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 1+ years of experience supporting operational programs, technology pilots, or project coordination
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills
• Experience gathering, organizing, and reporting program data and operational metrics
