Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Innovation Operations Manager, the full-time remote position will lead the exploration and evaluation of new product opportunities while managing the operations aspect of product commercialization in the dietary supplement industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and investigate new innovation ideas to assess their technical and commercial feasibility
- Collaborate with R&D teams to understand innovation concepts and their scientific underpinnings
- Conduct feasibility analyses and synthesize findings into clear business cases for stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of project management experience, ideally in product development or innovation
- Experience in the dietary supplement, nutraceutical, food & beverage, CPG, or pharmaceutical industries
- Extensive knowledge of R&D/formulation processes and regulatory frameworks
- Hands-on experience with novel delivery formats such as liposomal technologies or functional beverages
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to build sound business cases and evaluate data
