Innovation Strategy Executive

Job Summary

To support strategic customer engagement, the full-time remote Innovation Strategy Executive will partner with key clients in the Legal, Tax, and Risk sectors, structuring account strategies, redefining customer experiences, and leading pre-sales engagements to drive transformation through AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and scope critical customer moments to enhance the customer experience during AI transformation journeys
• Structure account and deal strategies in collaboration with sales leadership for high-priority accounts
• Build and deepen executive relationships, engaging decision-makers to foster new and existing partnerships

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in a Director-level role at a management or strategy consulting firm or a leading software company
• Proven ability to orchestrate cross-functional teams to meet customer needs throughout the engagement lifecycle
• Strong business and financial acumen to understand and communicate customer value and ROI models
• Exceptional critical thinking skills to navigate complex problems and develop strategic solutions
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and build credibility through insights and results
