Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inpatient Coding Supervisor to oversee the inpatient coding team in a remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Set and adjust daily coding production goals for timely and accurate work completion
• Manage staff performance including hiring, training, and professional development

Required Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Business, Health Information Management, or related area
• 3 or more years of inpatient coding experience in a Hospital Revenue Cycle Department
• Certification such as RHIT, RHIA, CCS, or CIC
