Inside Architect
Job Summary
Serving as a frontline technical advisor, the remote Inside Architect will provide pre-sales technical support, conduct solution reviews, and collaborate with sales and architectural teams on service offers in a full-time capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the pre-sales technical trusted advisor for internal teams and customers
- Provide first-line technical support and solution reviews for a variety of service offers
- Collaborate with sales teams and System/Solution Architects on technical components of RFIs/RFPs
Required qualifications
- BSEE or BSME or 3-5 years of relevant industry experience
- Knowledge of Services modernization, maintenance, and consulting services portfolio
- Experience with digital tools to drive efficiency (e.g., bFO, SAP, Auto CAD, Visio)
- Ability to manage a high volume of work in a team-oriented environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
