Inside Auto Claims Adjuster

Job Summary

Working fully remote, the Inside Auto Claims Adjuster will investigate basic to moderately complex auto insurance claims, evaluate coverage and liability, and negotiate settlements while ensuring timely and customer-focused claim resolution.

Key responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards throughout the claim lifecycle
• Investigate auto accidents and prepare clear, concise claim summaries
• Evaluate claims to determine coverage, liability, and damages while negotiating settlements

Required qualifications:

• Must reside in MD, OH, KS, WV, VA, IN, MN, NE, IL, WI, IA, ND, SD, MI, OK, KY, or MO at the time of hire
• 2+ years of prior claim handling experience preferred
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a commitment to excellent customer service
• Experience in maintaining detailed and well-documented claim files
