Inside Auto Claims Adjuster

Job Summary

Fully remote, the Inside Auto Claims Adjuster will investigate basic to moderately complex auto insurance claims, evaluate coverage and liability, and negotiate settlements while residing in specified Midwest states.

Key responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company standards throughout the claim lifecycle
• Investigate minor to moderately complex auto accidents and prepare clear, concise claim summaries
• Negotiate and settle claims in alignment with established guidelines and best practices

Required qualifications:

• Must reside in one of the specified Midwest states at the time of hire
• 2+ years of prior claim handling experience preferred
• Experience conducting recorded statements with claimants and witnesses
• Ability to maintain detailed and well-documented claim files
• Experience collaborating with internal teams for efficient claim handling
