Inside Channel Manager

Job Summary

Driving sales and managing relationships with channel partners, the full-time Inside Channel Manager will work remotely to achieve sales and profit goals for Vonage UCaaS and CPaaS services while leading partner training and communication efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a set of partners to achieve sales and profit goals through resellers/channels
• Establish and maintain productive relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts
• Facilitate communications with partners, including QBRs, product demonstrations, and sales support resources

Required qualifications

• College degree or equivalent work experience
• Experience in telecom, UCaaS, and CPaaS is a plus
• Familiarity with CRM tools, ideally Salesforce
• Strong sales skills with the ability to prepare and present sales presentations
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with partners
