Working remotely, the Inside Property Adjuster will manage complex contents claims, conducting thorough investigations and collaborating with vendors to ensure accurate damage estimates while providing empathetic customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Handle escalated claims files with complex contents and conduct detailed coverage investigations
• Utilize advanced video technology to collaborate with onsite vendors for damage assessment and estimating
• Negotiate claim settlements and coordinate with structure adjusters for comprehensive claim management
