Inside Sales Engineer
Job Summary
Supporting day-to-day sales operations, the full-time Inside Sales Engineer will manage inbound inquiries, collaborate with Sales Engineers to recommend HVAC solutions, and prepare detailed proposals while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a technical advisor and product expert throughout the HVAC sales process
- Collaborate with Sales Engineers and customers to understand project requirements and propose optimal solutions
- Prepare detailed proposals and deliver technical presentations to customers and stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in HVAC applications, technical sales, or sales support
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and commercial/industrial applications
- Familiarity with HVAC design principles and relevant standards (ASHRAE, AHRI, etc.)
- Proficiency with HVAC selection/software tools and Microsoft Office Suite
