Inside Sales Rental Representative

Job Summary

To support the growth of the company, the full-time Inside Sales Rental Representative will manage customer outreach through calls and emails, promote sales offerings, and utilize CRM tools while working remotely in the Great Plains Region.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate new customer leads through cold-calling and prospecting in underdeveloped territories
• Convert quotes into orders by following up with customers and establishing trust for future opportunities
• Maximize sales potential by developing relationships with new contacts and increasing overall account base

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 2 years B2B inside or outside sales experience required
• Ability to work remotely and manage high volumes of outbound and inbound calls
• Experience with CRM systems preferred
• Knowledge of rigging and construction industries strongly preferred
