Inside Sales Rental Representative
Job Summary
To support the growth of the company, the full-time Inside Sales Rental Representative will initiate customer contact, promote sales through professional techniques, and provide support to Outside Rental Representatives while working remotely in the Great Plains Region.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate new customer leads through cold-calling and prospecting in underdeveloped territories
- Convert quotes into orders by making follow-up calls and establishing trust with contacts
- Maximize sales potential by utilizing competitive sales techniques and maintaining thorough notes on prospect accounts
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 2 years B2B inside or outside sales experience required
- Strong knowledge of rigging and related construction industries preferred
- Experience with CRM systems strongly preferred
- Candidate must reside in the Central Time Zone
