Inside Sales Representative

Job Summary

Working remotely in the Central Region, the full-time Inside Sales Representative will engage with small business owners over the phone to educate them on Yelp's advertising solutions, manage a client pipeline, and exceed monthly sales quotas.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to educate business owners about Yelp's advertising programs
• Manage and track a pipeline of clients using CRM tools while achieving and exceeding monthly sales goals
• Provide tailored advertising solutions by understanding client needs and effectively handling objections

Required qualifications

• GED/HS Diploma with 2+ years of customer-facing experience or a Bachelor's Degree with relevant sales or business interest
• Ability to make a high volume of outbound calls daily without fear of rejection
• Proficiency in general computer skills, including Google Suite
• Access to a distraction-free work environment with a hardline high-speed internet connection
• Must possess current US work authorization
