Inside Sales Representative
Job Summary
As part of the American Home Protect Call Center team, the full-time Inside Sales Representative will provide product and service information to clients, manage cancellations and renewals for home warranty products, and handle incoming and outbound sales calls in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Handle cancellations and renewals for home warranty products
- Conduct consultative sales for incoming and outbound calls and emails
- Prospect and contact potential customers, maintaining a minimum of 50-60 inbound calls per day
Required qualifications
- 1-2 years of sales experience in a call center or retail environment
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce
- Ability to work independently in a multi-step sales process
- Previous experience selling home or auto warranties is a plus
- Strong English language proficiency
