Inside Sales Representative

Job Summary

Working remotely in the Central Region, the full-time Inside Sales Representative will engage with small business owners over the phone to educate them on Yelp's advertising solutions, manage a client pipeline, and consistently exceed monthly sales quotas.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to educate and strategize with business owners regarding Yelp's advertising programs
• Manage a diverse client pipeline, ensuring effective tracking and achievement of daily and monthly sales goals
• Utilize quick closing techniques to navigate the sales process from initial contact to successful conversion

Required qualifications

• GED/HS Diploma with 2+ years of customer-facing experience or Bachelor's Degree with relevant sales interest
• Experience making a high volume of outbound calls daily
• Proficiency in general computer skills, including Google Suite
• Access to a distraction-free work environment with a hardline high-speed internet connection
• Current US work authorization
