Inside Sales Representative

Job Summary

Working remotely in the Eastern Region, the full-time Inside Sales Representative will engage with small business owners over the phone to educate them on Yelp's advertising solutions, manage a client pipeline, and achieve monthly sales quotas.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to educate and strategize with business owners about Yelp's advertising programs
• Manage and track a pipeline of clients using CRM software, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying upsell opportunities
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales quotas while navigating the sales process from initial call to close

Required qualifications

• GED/HS Diploma with 2+ years of customer-facing experience or a Bachelor's Degree with relevant sales or business interest
• Experience making a high volume of outbound calls and a comfort level with phone-based sales
• Proficiency in general computer skills and familiarity with Google Suite
• Access to a distraction-free work environment and a reliable high-speed internet connection
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently with minimal oversight
