Inside Sales Representative

Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer service, the full-time Inside Sales Representative will assist customers with classified advertising needs, manage inbound calls and emails, and ensure accurate order processing while working remotely from Ohio.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist customers with placing and editing classified advertisements, including obituaries
• Manage incoming calls and emails, providing professional support and resolving issues
• Document customer transactions and coordinate with publications to ensure accurate ad placements

Required qualifications:

• Call center experience in customer service or sales preferred
• Proficient in MS Office and experienced with internet applications
• Confident demeanor with a competitive drive and goal-oriented nature
• Positive, energetic attitude focused on meeting customer needs
• Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturday mornings
