Inside Sales Representative
Job Summary
Supporting inbound and outbound sales efforts, the full-time Inside Sales Representative will manage OEM international accounts, handle customer inquiries, and ensure accurate processing of transactions in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Determines appropriate product selections and pricing for customer orders while referencing inventory and contract terms
- Performs order entry, quote generation, and follow-up tasks to ensure timely processing of customer transactions
- Handles incoming calls and emails to provide product information and resolve routine service issues
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in sales or customer service
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Experience with CRM or ERP systems
- Strong understanding of electrical products and sales processes
