To support classified advertising clients, the full-time Inside Sales Representative will efficiently handle inbound calls and emails, providing product and technical assistance for ad placement while delivering exceptional customer service remotely from Florida.
Key responsibilities
- Provide accurate advertising processing and placement while ensuring superb customer service
- Assist customers in placing advertisements through self-service portals and by processing prepayments
- Develop long-term professional relationships with customers and ensure a positive experience
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Experience in sales, customer service, telemarketing, call center operations, or classified advertising
- Typing skills of a minimum of 45 WPM
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus
- Ability to quickly learn and retain comprehensive product knowledge
