Inside Sales Representative

Job Summary

Supporting a diverse and inclusive workforce, the full-time Inside Sales Representative will manage preschool accounts, drive sales initiatives, and engage with clients remotely while residing in a state where Shutterfly operates.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and nurture relationships with preschool clients to drive sales growth
• Conduct outreach and follow-up communications to prospective clients
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
• Experience in sales or customer service roles is a plus
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Must reside in a state where Shutterfly is registered to do business
