Inside Sales Revisit Agent
Job Summary
Joining the Inside Sales Center Team, the full-time Inside Sales Revisit Agent will engage with prospective customers, reconnect with Demo No-Sale Homeowners, and set appointments for sales consultants while primarily working onsite in Oak Park Heights, MN.
Key responsibilities
- Assist homeowners in finding solutions for their window issues by following a structured methodology
- Reconnect with previous customers to encourage them to reconsider Renewal by Andersen services
- Provide an exceptional phone experience to all customers, regardless of their decision
Required qualifications
- Minimum of two years inside sales or call center experience
- Proven ability to overcome objections and negotiate positive outcomes
- Experience working with diverse groups of people
- Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience is preferred
