Inside Sales Support Specialist

Job Summary

To enhance customer satisfaction and retention, the full-time Inside Sales Support Specialist will serve as the primary point of contact for wholesale clients, managing order fulfillment and addressing inquiries while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for wholesale customers, building strong relationships through effective communication
• Monitor and manage the status of wholesale orders, providing timely updates and addressing concerns related to fulfillment
• Liaise with internal teams to resolve issues and communicate new promotions and product launches to wholesale clients

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
• Proven experience in customer support or a related role, preferably in a wholesale or B2B environment
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
• Familiarity with wholesale processes, order fulfillment, and inventory management
• Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
