Job Summary
Supporting Presidio's Inside PreSales Support Team, the full-time remote Inside Solutions Architect will manage the XaitCPQ platform, assisting with configuration, user support, and process improvement to enhance presales workflows and deliverables.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary support resource for the XaitCPQ platform, addressing user inquiries and resolving issues
- Assist teams in creating Professional Services scopes, pricing documents, and proposals using XaitCPQ
- Document and communicate platform issues, providing clear guidance and recommended solutions
Required qualifications
- Associate or bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 2-4+ years of relevant experience in presales, technical support, or platform administration
- Familiarity with Professional Services concepts such as statements of work and pricing inputs
- Experience creating training materials or process documentation
- Knowledge of programming, scripting, or web APIs is desirable
