Insider Trust Manager
Job Summary
Leading the Insider Trust function, the full-time Manager, Insider Trust will conduct technical investigations, manage insider risk, and mentor the team while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Direct and conduct investigations involving sensitive data, systems, and workforce activity
- Build and improve detections, monitoring, and escalation workflows for insider risk
- Establish metrics to demonstrate program effectiveness and communicate findings to stakeholders
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in insider risk, detection engineering, or related security fields
- 2+ years of experience leading an insider risk or investigations team
- Demonstrated ability to manage the full investigation lifecycle
- Strong knowledge of digital forensics and incident-response coordination
- Experience partnering with Legal and People teams on sensitive investigations
