Insights Analyst
Job Summary
Working in a hybrid environment, the full-time Analyst, Insights will provide essential support to project teams by coordinating research inputs, analyzing survey results, and creating client deliverables.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate inputs for research projects, including translation and coding requests
- Review and analyze survey results, creating reports and presentations from templates
- Attend client meetings and manage client access to data platforms while addressing support requests
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Market Research, Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience as an Analyst in an Insights role is an asset
- Proficiency in SPSS and/or Q is an asset
- Excellent skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
