Installation Technician

Job Summary

Partnering with clients throughout the conversion and implementation process, the full-time remote Installation Technician will configure solutions, support system setup, and ensure successful transitions to production.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, assisting with system setup, testing, and issue resolution
• Support data mapping, validation activities, and conversion readiness to ensure accurate client configurations
• Deliver client education and functional support to prepare users for long-term success with the system

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
• Experience in supporting business systems, implementations, conversions, or client-facing projects
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues effectively
• Excellent relationship-building skills to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
