Installation Technician
Job Summary
Supporting clients throughout the conversion and implementation process, the full-time remote Installation Technician will configure solutions, serve as a primary contact for system setup and testing, and ensure successful transitions to production.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with clients to configure solutions that meet their business needs and operational requirements
- Support data mapping, validation activities, and conversion readiness efforts to ensure accurate client configurations
- Deliver client education and functional support, helping users understand system capabilities for long-term success
Required qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
- Experience supporting business systems, implementations, conversions, or client-facing projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues and drive resolution
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills for effective collaboration with clients and teams
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
