Institutional Relationship Manager
Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of institutional clients, the full-time Institutional Relationship Manager will deepen relationships, unlock wallet share, and ensure world-class coverage while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for institutional clients, including trading firms, funds, market makers, and family offices
- Identify client trading needs and drive activation, retention, and share of wallet through tailored relationship management
- Coordinate internal resources to resolve client needs and gather structured feedback for product and process improvements
Required qualifications
- 3-7 years of experience managing institutional clients, specifically in a relationship management capacity
- Background in crypto exchanges, crypto buy-side, or strong traditional finance profiles looking to transition into crypto
- Experience in the crypto space with an existing network of institutional contacts is a strong plus
- Commercially sharp with a proven ability to grow accounts
- Fluent in English; bilingual candidates preferred
