Instruction and Program Design Manager

Job Summary

Leading a multidisciplinary team in a remote environment, the full-time Manager, Instruction and Program Design will design and build online courses while managing program/project operations, ensuring high-quality learning experiences for adult learners.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the instruction and learner support workplan, maintaining project timelines and facilitating key meetings
• Design and build online courses, ensuring alignment with competencies and accessibility standards
• Partner with subject matter experts to manage course builds, providing feedback and ensuring timely delivery

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in higher education or related field preferred
• 5+ years of experience in instructional or learning design with a portfolio of built courses
• Experience managing teams or leading projects in an educational setting
• Strong technical fluency with learning management systems and instructional design tools
• Highly organized with strong project management skills and comfortable in a start-up environment
