Job Summary
To support a large-scale internal event, the temporary project-based Instructional Design Contractor will develop and refine learning materials, focusing on organizing and enhancing existing content while collaborating with internal stakeholders in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and refine instructor-led training materials, including presentations and worksheets
- Organize and format existing content to improve clarity and learner engagement
- Apply instructional design principles to create concise, learner-friendly materials
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 2+ years of experience in instructional design or training development
- Experience developing instructor-led training materials
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word
