Job Summary
Leading the instructional design team, the full-time Instructional Design Manager will oversee the development of high-quality online courses and instructional assets, collaborating with faculty and subject matter experts to enhance educational offerings while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the instructional design team, ensuring effective collaboration and high-quality course development
- Evaluate online instructional approaches and implement continuous quality improvement strategies in partnership with faculty
- Design and implement production procedures for timely and efficient course development while ensuring compliance with educational standards
Required qualifications
- Master's Degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Education, or a related field
- Five years of related experience, including supervisory experience and management skills
- Experience in instructional design and development for fully online and hybrid academic courses
- Proficiency in integrating technology into online instruction
- Experience with project management and course authoring tools is preferred
