Instructional Design Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Instructional Design & Learning Innovation Specialist will create engaging learning resources and multimedia products, coordinate project activities, and collaborate with partners to develop and enhance learning solutions using emerging technologies and instructional design principles.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop multimedia learning assets, instructional materials, and performance support tools
• Research and apply emerging learning tools and evaluate the effectiveness of learning solutions
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to refine learning experiences and coordinate project activities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, education, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Two or more years of experience in developing digital learning resources and multimedia assets
• Proficiency in learning and design tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva
• Familiarity with AI-enabled tools and emerging technologies for learning development
• Knowledge of instructional design methodologies and adult learning theory
