Instructional Design Specialist

Job Summary

As a full-time remote Instructional Design Specialist on the Field Enablement team, the successful candidate will design, develop, and maintain engaging learning programs that enhance performance and business outcomes while collaborating with subject matter experts and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end instructional design for complex learning programs, managing projects from needs analysis through evaluation
• Design learning ecosystems that incorporate social, experiential, and digital reinforcement aligned with the 70/20/10 model
• Develop assessments and evaluation plans to measure program effectiveness and analyze outcomes across Kirkpatrick Levels 1-3

Required qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or performance consulting
• Strong portfolio showcasing ownership of complex learning programs and various instructional modalities
• Expertise in instructional design models and adult learning theory, with knowledge of Action Mapping or performance consulting
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to build asynchronous learning content
• Proven project management and stakeholder partnership skills, with the ability to independently manage projects
