Instructional Design Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the design and creation of training programs for The UPS Store franchise network, the full-time remote Instructional Design Specialist will manage projects, collaborate with subject matter experts, and develop various instructional materials, including instructor-led training programs and online resources.

Key responsibilities

• Provides instructional expertise and recommendations to support the creation and implementation of training programs and materials
• Coordinates with subject matter experts and project managers throughout course development to meet project goals
• Produces instructional materials for various delivery methods, ensuring alignment with training specifications and learning objectives

Required qualifications

• Experience demonstrating proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Basic knowledge of visual design principles and ability to create engaging learning materials
• Experience creating executive-level reports and data visualizations related to training performance
• Instructional Design experience in a corporate environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders and developing instructional content
