Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer to support online courses and faculty development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develops and revises online curriculum and assessment reports in collaboration with the Director of Instructional Design
• Assists faculty in course development, ensuring accessibility and integration of active learning strategies
• Evaluates and recommends improvements for online courses and delivers faculty development initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in a related field
• Significant experience in distance learning or instructional technology
• Experience with online course development and assessment of student outcomes
• Familiarity with major Learning Management Systems, preferably Blackboard
• Knowledge of accessibility guidelines in the online environment
